What are my rights if I have been injured in a workplace accident?
Under Iowa law, when you’re injured and your injury occurs in the course of your employment and arises out of your employment, you’re entitled to three basic benefits. One is your employer and insurance carrier pay for your reasonable and necessary medical care.
