Demonstrative Evidence is Key
“Demonstrative Evidence” means evidence that illustrates or explains a key fact to a jury. Demonstrative evidence is a critical part of every motor vehicle collision. George A. LaMarca and other attorneys in our firm have extensive research, writing, and speaking experience concerning the courtroom use of demonstrative evidence. Mr. LaMarca is frequently invited to speak on this topic at continuing legal education programs for not only Iowa trial lawyers, but for those in other states as well. Mr. LaMarca has also lectured and written extensively on the use of computer animation in the reconstruction of motor vehicle collisions. He has given professional presentations to trial lawyers on “Use of Computer Generated Graphics in Motor Vehicle Litigation.” To view to Part 1 from this work, click here.
