Gary G. Mattson received his Bachelor of Arts from Luther College in 1985 and his Doctor of Jurisprudence degree from Drake University School of Law in 1988. He was admitted to practice law in Iowa in 1988. Mr. Mattson is licensed and practices before the United States Supreme Court, the United States Court of Appeals (Eighth Circuit) and the United States District Courts (Northern and Southern Districts) of Iowa. He is a member of the Iowa State Bar Association, the Polk County Bar Association, the Iowa Association for Justice, the American Association For Justice (Sections on: Motor Vehicle Collision, Highway and Premises Liability) and the Iowa Association of Workers Compensation Lawyers. Mr. Mattson is practicing primarily in workers’ compensation law, personal injury. He frequently lectures on subjects including Iowa workers’ compensation law and Iowa personal injury law.
