Mr. Dalton graduated magna cum laude from Northwestern College with a triple major in Economics, Accounting, and Business Administration. He is the first student in Northwestern’s history to complete three stand-alone majors in four years. Mr. Dalton went on to pursue a Doctor of Jurisprudence degree from Drake University where he graduated with honors in May of 2005. Mr. Dalton also obtained a M.B.A. from Drake University’s College of Business and Public Administration. In addition to his academic pursuits, Mr. Dalton has a wealth of marketplace experience, which includes (i) working as a claims adjuster for State Farm Fire and Casualty, (ii) working as an accountant at a public accounting firm, and (iii) working as a research analyst for a global company specializing in animal nutrition science. In the spring of 2003, Mr. Dalton was employed as a law clerk at LaMarca & Landry, P.C. During his two year clerkship, Mr. Dalton worked on many significant cases and has proven to possess substantial competence with regard to complex legal matters ranging from class actions to multifaceted buy-sell agreements. His legal, economic, and forensic accounting analysis has been instrumental in matters involving business services, banking and financial services, construction, data services, distribution, healthcare, manufacturing, insurance, retail, software, and telecommunications. On September 18, 2005, Mr. Dalton was sworn in to practice law in the State of Iowa.
